We reserve the right to modify this page from time to time, while mentioning the last published date for your reference. We also offer access to archived versions of our policies for your review. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. If changes are significant, we’ll provide you the prominent changes notice through email.

(1). Introduction

Whenever you are doing business with Makes360, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand it is a big responsibility for us. This policy page will help you to understand in which conditions we will do business together, what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage and delete your information.

Definitions (for global purposes):
  • We, Us, Our, Company, Our website, Makes360, Makes 360, = Makes360 PVT LTD
  • You, Your, Client, Customer = Makes360's customer(s) or visitor(s) of the website and its partner website(s).
  • Services, Products = Digital services or software
  • Independent vendor, business partner, franchise = owner of Makes360's trustpoint at different locations

    We collect information to start business with you and provide better services to all our customers - from figuring out basic stuff like your contact details, to more complex things like your business details. However, there are guarantee of 100% safety of your data at Makes360.

    (2.1). Information that you provide us

    A. through enquiry form, email, phone call and WhatsApp:

    When you contact us using online form, email, WhatsApp and phone call to obtain or enquire regarding one or more of our services, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address to complete the enquiry process. You may also provide us more information such as your business details, business address and project budget, however we don’t require that information for initial contact. Once you do enquiry in any above way, our legitimate employees will have direct access to your information to further process the enquiry and contact you in regard with obtaining pre-sales information regarding your business and project.

    Our Policies clearly tells our clients that, “the Government of India has made data privacy an aspect to look on by the orders of honourable supreme court, the union government is following its decision by taking all necessary and proper steps needed. The law of privacy and data protection is as clear as crystal, Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with the Information Technology Rules, 2011; “Sensitive Information Rules” requires all businesses in India, which collects, receives, possesses, stores, transmits, processes or can associate pretty much any other verb with ‘personal information’ directly under an obligation with the provider of information, to have a privacy policy. Such privacy policy must provide all the required details.

    B. through surveys, feedback and other form submissions:

    We record information that you submit when you

    1. register for any event, including webinars or seminars,
    2. Subscribe to our newsletter or any other mailing list, including our blogs and partner websites,
    3. submit a form in order to download company profile, or other materials,
    4. participate in contests or respond to surveys or feedback,
    5. submit a form to request customer support or to contact us for any other purpose.

    C. while doing business together:

    When you acquire or sign a contract to buy any of our services, we ask you to provide your name, contact information, personal details, business details, project related information, social media profile links and more (depending upon the project). We store all of this information to our secured project management software, where you can make changes and lot more by login to your account.

    D. while sending payment:

    When you acquire or buy any of services from us, we ask you to provide your name, contact information. We never store any of your payment related information such as credit card, bank details, UPI details or anything other, through which you choose to make payment to Makes360. All payments are getting processed with a secure server of our payment gateway service provider.

    E. through testimonials:

    When you authorize us to post your feedback as testimonials about our products and services on websites, we may include your name and other a few personal information in the testimonial. You will be given an opportunity to review and approve the testimonial before we post it. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, for this you can contact us any time.

    F. through feedback:

    Makes360 is very serious about their customer's feedback. That is why - we have a feedback and customercare team to take care of you and your business.

    NOTE: To improve the quality of services and communication, we may record and analyze your conversesion with us. This can include your email, phone call, and WhatsApp chat conversations. We can share some of the data, past records and behaviour with our sales team, project manager, account manager and customer support professionals.

    (2.2). Information that we collect automatically

    A. from browsers, devices and servers:

    When you visit our websites, we may collect some information such as your IP address, browser type, language preference, time zone, referring URL, date and time of access, operating system, mobile device manufacturer, mobile network details, geographic details, clicks, scrolls, features accessed, errors generated, performance data, and configurations. We keep such information in our log files to understand more about visitors of our websites.

    B. from first party cookies and tracking technologies:

    We use temporary and permanent cookies to identify our customers and visitors and to enhance their experience. We may track your activities on our websites by using tags, scripts and other similar technologies to identify website navigation, gather demographic information and understand campaign effect.

    We use third-party tracking services like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel, etc to understand the behaviour of our website visitors and serve them better. You can read the policies of the services here.

    (2.3). Information that we collect from third parties

    A. from referrals or partners

    If someone has referred any of our products or services to you through any of our referral programs, that person may have provided us your name, email address and other personal information. You may contact us to request that we remove your information from our database. If you provide us information about another person, or if another person gives us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.

    B. from social media sites, maps and other publicly available sources:

    When you interact with us through social media posts, comments, questions etc, we may collect your publicly available information, including your profile information. This help us to connect with you and improve our services. We can record, store and analysise such information to understand user's reactions. Such information may remain with us even if you delete it from your social media sites and map etc.

    (2.4). Why and where we use your information?

    In addition to the purposes mentioned above, we may use your information for the following purposes:

    1. to communicate with you about your projects and services for which you have enquired. We can also communicate to make you aware of the changes in our policy
    2. to keep you updated about our new products and services, upcoming events, offers, promotions and other information, which we think will be important to you
    3. to ask you to participate in the survey and send feedback on the services
    4. to create and maintain your account, and to do all other things required for providing our services. This may include enabling collaboration, requirements gathering, project development etc
    5. to understand how users use our products and services, to monitor and prevent problems, and to improve our products and services
    6. to provide customer support, and to analyze and improve your interaction with customers
    7. to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and to protect the rights and interests of company, our users, third parties and the public
    8. to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you
    9. to analyze trends, and track visitor navigation on our websites to understand what visitors are looking for and to better help them
    10. to monitor and improve marketing campaigns and make suggestions relevant to the user

    (2.5). Your choice in information use

    A. Opt out from non-essential communications:

    You may opt out of receiving or not reciving newsletters and other non-essential messages by using the 'unsubscribe' function. However, you will continue to receive notices and essential emails, related to services you acquired for.

    B. Disable cookies:

    You can disable browser cookies before visiting our websites. However, if you do so, you may not be able to use certain features of the websites properly.

    (2.6). Who we share your information

    We do not sell/share any personal or business information to anyone in any case. We share your information only in the ways that are described in our policy, and only with parties who adopt appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

    A. with employees and independent vendors:

    We can provide some / many information to our employees and independent vendors on need-to-know basis. We take several security measures in the process of sharing information with them.

    B. with third-party service providers:

    We may need to share some of your personal information with third party service providers, this may include marketing partners, event organizers, web analytics providers, domain registrars etc.

    (2.7). Ownership and control of your data

    You are the owner of your data (your information that we collect / store). We provide you complete control of your data, (i) by giving you the ability to access your data, (ii) by sharing your data through the admin panel, and (iii) by giving option to export, edit, and delete your data.

    (2.8). External links on our websites

    Some pages of our website may contain external links of website that are not linked to this policy. If you submit your personal information to any of these third-party sites, your personal information is governed by their policies. As a safety measure, we recommend that you not share any personal information with these third parties unless you’ve checked their policies and assured yourself of their practices.

    (2.9). Blogs and forums

    We offer publicly accessible content and blogs on our websites. Please be aware that any information you provide on these blogs may be used to contact you with unsolicited messages. We urge you to be cautious in disclosing personal information in our blogs and forums. Makes360 is not responsible for the personal information you elect to disclose publicly. Your business history and certain profile information may remain even after you terminate your account with Makes360. To request the removal of your information from our blogs, you can contact us through our e-mail.

    (2.10). How secure is your information

    We have taken steps to implement appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of the information you entrust to us. If you have any concerns regarding the security of your data, we encourage you to read our security policy or contact us with any questions.



    Makes360 believes in helping their customers as much as possible, therefore we have contracts cancellation and transfer policy.

    Your business is important for us, you can cancle or transfer your contracts with Mkaes360's any time. All cancellation and tansfer requests must be submitted through your CMS.

    Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our project managemet team. We will take maximum 24 hour to cancle your project(s), while minimum two weeks to process the transfer requests.

    We as a merchant, provide service that comes in the form of services. We are not making any product that can be returned for a refund.

    (3.1). Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Service(s) / Product(s) purchased from Makes360 will be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. We might have some service that will follow different policie or requirements for refund, and also some services that are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

    Definitions (for global purposes) :
  • A. Date of Transaction: will be the date of invoice generated on. Same for the renewals and for first purchase.
  • Refund Period: you can cancel a product or service any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product.
  • Annual Service / Renewal Charge: will applicable for refund, if cancelled within 15 Days. Spends on purchase such as domain, hosting, SSL etc are non refundable.
  • (3.2). Products With Special Refund Terms

    A. Web Design/ Development/ Applications

    30% cancellation fee when in progress, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review, non-refundable once first revision is completed. If not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Once performance has begun, web service design is considered completed 40 days from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a any refund thereafter.

    B. Logo Design

    40% cancellation fee when in progress, non-refundable once artwork delivered. If not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Once performance has begun, logo design is considered delivered 180 days from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.

    C. Website Makeover Services

    30% cancellation fee when in progress, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review, non-refundable once complete. Website Care: is a 12-month contract and you are expected to commit to the Services for the duration of your purchased term length. If you purchase a Website Care plan, you can cancel the plan at any time and Makes360 will not bill you for future renewals.

    D. For Statics Website (Only)

    Source Code, Design or any other material related to project will not be delivered to you in any condition. Makes360 will not provide server files or any hosted backup files. While backups of all data, text, images, URls will be sent to you on your registered e-mail id only. (files will be .txt, .jpg, .png and .xls).

    E. Domain Holding

    If Makes360 is holding your domain(s), domains will transfer to you on same day (only to Godaddy account). But you have to follow terms of

    F. For Mobile Application(s)

    Source Code, Design or any other material related to project will not be delivered if payment is not settled by you. Package Name, Key and Pass-code (to update application(s) in Google play store) of android application will be sent to you on your registered e-mail id only.

    G. SEO Services

    SEO Services is a 12-month commitment; in order to receive best results, you are expected use the Services for the entire 12-month term. For all SEO Services plans, you can cancel within 48 hours of the date of the transaction and receive a full refund for any remaining months in your committed term, to your original payment method. No refund will be issues for the prior months. The ads spend and digital marketing fees are non-refundable for current month. We may refund additional ad spend and digital marketing fees.

    H. Social Media Management

    you can cancel Social Media Management at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months since the service has already been performed. If you cancel Social Media Management and request a refund within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months.

    I. Trustee Fees

    trustee fees are refundable if the domain was not registered. Trustee fees, however, are non-refundable upon renewal.

    J. Website Security

    refunds are only available within 10 days of purchase and will only be issued in cases where a manual malware removal was not completed.


    (4). MAKES360's TERMS OF SALE (TOS)

    We are in service business and doesn’t have tangible item to deliver. So there is no chance of missing or misplacement of any item. Our deliverables are in form of designs file, software code & compiled application. These deliverable are delivered to you in form of electronic files using our collaboration tool or email.

    Thereafter you have to save a copy of delivered electronic files on your server or on any storage media. Up-to 30 days from delivery date Makes360 can re-deliver the electronic files to you, thereafter Makes360 doesn’t owe the responsibility.

    Terms and conditions that is directly related to payment settlement between Makes360 and our client(s)/partner(s) are given below. If you have a partnership with Makes360, you have to agree with these payment terms.

    You can read this Terms of Sale on your Business proposal too and estimates, by login to your account.

    New purchase

    For every new project, you have to pay at least 60% of total amount

    EXCEPTION: You have to clear your invoice by 100%, if your project related to (i) Digital Advertisement, (ii) VIP Fancy Number, (iii) IVR Solution, (iv) Graphics & Logo, (v) Video Animations.

    and rest of 40% in next 15 days. (Date will count from the launch date of project).

    Invoice Overdue

    You can make a maximum overdue of 7 days. (Date will count from which Invoice generated). After 7 days of over due - you have to pay extra 50 INR/week!

    In case of over limit the overdue period, and if you have an overdue of more than INR.100, Your your digital products will goes shut down temporary.

    + some features may disabled or unavailable temporary from your admin panel.

    + In case of domain expires, you have to follow Godaddy's terms.

    If you cross the maximum overdue limit i.e 30 days, your product(s) will dump permanently, in such case you need to re-order the project.


    For every renewals, your next invoice will be generated abjectly before 30 day of actual expiry date. You can pay your bills in the next 15 days. (Date will count from which Invoice generates).

    For every renewals, you can set maximum two installments payment (60% and 40% of total).
